Your Information will be retained until You delete Your account, You request for it to be deleted, or until We cease providing the Services, whichever occurs first.

Usage Data is related to the App is deleted after 90 days of inactivity. All other Usage Data is deleted 2 years after it is created.

  • To Third Party Service Providers, to the extent necessary to provide the Services;
  • With Your explicit consent;
  • To comply with legal obligations; and

  • Delete Your account and Your data; and
  • Export Your data.

We use a number of Third Parties to provide Our Services to You. Some of these Third Parties may be located in a foreign jurisdiction to You. In all cases, We seek to share the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Services.

The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.

Your Information will be handled in accordance with the laws of Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other relevant laws. So far as possible, We seek to comply with other privacy regimes including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
