  • Apps: mean the Burnt - AI Photo Editor mobile application and the Burntelligence voice generation web application, including all Services, features, and content provided by these apps.

  • Personal Information: means any information that can be used to identify You, including but not limited to Your Account Information and Usage Data.
  • Service/Services: means the Apps, the Site and any related services, features, and content provided by the Apps, the Site or its creators.
  • Site: means this Burntelligence website and any related services, features, and content provided by the Apps or its creators.
  • Third Party: means any person or entity that is not the Apps, the Site, its creators, or You.

This includes but is not limited to third party providers used to provide the Service, including but not limited to Our email provider, payment processor and app store operator.

  • We/Our/Us: means the Apps, the Site and the creators and operators of the Apps and Site.
  • You/Your: means the user of the Apps and/or Site.
  • Your Information: means any information collected from You while using the Apps and/or Site, including but not limited to Account Information, Personal Information, and Usage Data.

The Apps store Your Information with various Third Party Service Providers. In all cases, We seek to share the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Services. So far as possible, We seek to ensure all information is stored securely and protected with access controls.

We retain Your Information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your Information will be retained until You delete Your account, You request for it to be deleted, or until We cease providing the Services, whichever occurs first.

Usage Data related to the Apps is deleted after 90 days of inactivity. All other Usage Data is deleted 2 years after it is created.

We do not sell, trade, or share Your Information with Third Parties except:

  • To Third Party Service Providers, to the extent necessary to provide the Services;
  • With Your explicit consent;
  • To comply with legal obligations; and
  • With a limited number of Third Parties to provide advertising, analytics and other ancillary functionality.

You have the right to:

  • Access and correct Your Personal Information;
  • Delete Your account and Your data; and
  • Export Your data.

8. International Users

We use a number of Third Parties to provide Our Services to You. Some of these Third Parties may be located in a foreign jurisdiction to You. Accordingly, Your Information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Your own, including but not limited to the United States and Australia. In all cases, We seek to share the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Services.

9. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.

Your Information will be handled in accordance with the laws of Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other relevant laws. So far as possible, We seek to comply with other privacy regimes including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
